Excellent service!!! I was staying at the hotel right next to the restaurant and stopped by for dinner. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Food was better then my expectations.

We have been going to Denny’s in Hanover, Maryland for 5 or more years. When we first started going there the manager was a short man of color with a walking disability. He kept the restaurant in tip top order. The cooks were great and so was the wait staff. About a year or more ago we didn’t see him anymore. That’s when things started going downhill. Now there is a lot of yelling in the kitchen and wrong orders being brought out. The food used to look like the menu pictures and it was great. Now it comes out on any kind of bowl or plate. It does not always look appetizing. The restaurant itself is in need of a new air conditioner. It was so hot we could hardly stand to wait for our food. We feel it’s really a shame that Denny’s can hire a manager to straighten this location out. New staff should be given a guide of what the finished plated food should look like. Maybe someone will help this location.

Better than they used to be, but still not great. It was close to an hour between when we're arrived and when we got our food. There was only one server and three tables were seated one after another when we arrived, so im not too upset about that. The fact that our drinks didn't arrive until after the food, however is a bigger problem. We also had two milkshakes that were extremely thin, almost straight mix with barely any ice cream in them.

Stood for like 4 minutes waiting to be seated while the girl at the register talked to someone on the phone. Then the table had no silverware on it The waitress asked if we needed silver ware .... do you think??? Basically for a prerush restaurant was fairly empty the staff was not present nor articulate.

The food especially breakfast is always good. The prices will fit into anyones budget and the atmosphere fits into any occasion. The staff is always courteous and professional. The only downside is that even if the restaurant is full nearly empty, the food comes out very slow.
